Almost a DONE deal

Well this is the one folks....as a matter of fact, I KNOW it's the one. It is small but adorable...in PERFECT shape...EVERYTHING is NEW!!!!! Chimeny, Roof, Windows, AC, Furnace, Kitchen update...I want to bid tonight...this one will not be available in a couple of days. It will go fast. It is in the very finest neighborhood in ALL of ELGIN. It is a neighborhood called Elgin's Gold Coast.

AND�WE ARE FREE TO BID�NO CONTINGENCIES�.WE WILL BE IN THIS HOUSE BY THE END OF THE MONTH�WE JUST SOLD OUR HOME TODAY�..FOR WHAT WE WANTED TO GET FOR IT�IT�S JUST ABOUT A DONE DEAL�..WE WILL BID ON THIS HOME TOMORROW�.THE PEOPLE WHO OWN IT ARE CLOSING AND MOVING ON THEIR NEW HOUSE THIS WEEK.

This is like a tightly made puzzle and all the pieces fit just right. And for once in my life�.the pieces fit just right�.THIS IS SCARRRRRRRY!!!!!

This is driving me nuts. But until then, I couldn't help but post these pics.

The family room is cute, unfortunately it will be my 89 year old mother in laws bedroom because it is on the first floor. Finding a house with a first floor bedroom is very very hard....we have to take what we can find. Her "bedroom" will be off the kitchen and we will have to walk through it to get to the porch.

Another cute feature is that, YES....it is a 2 car garage, even though it looks like a single. It is called a tandem and you pull one car forward and the other fits in behind it....OK...not the big sprawling 2 car Mike wanted, but 2 car nonetheless and it is ultimately the neighborhood and surrounding gorgeous homes that count. This is an area of Elgin that has never every become run down. Property values will grow.
